I eat a lot for my high protien diet.
Every day...
I eat 7 egg whites and 2 egg yolks.
I eat half loaf of bread (8 slices).
I eat peanut butter and a can of tuna.
I eat an apple.
I eat a handful of nuts.
I eat 2 cups of yogurt.
I eat 2 cups of plain oatmeal.
I drink 81/2 cups of milk.
and I drink 3 liters of water.

Is this unhealthy or is it fine? I eat it over 6 meals a day to raise metabolism.

Some weeks ago, my neice gave me a peice of candy and quickly left, so I felt cheerful. I put it inside my mouth and it tasted like sweet strawberries. Then the phone started to ring and I need to finish the candy, so I crunch the candy. Suddendly I felt the very sour, bitter and disgusting taste that must had been hidden in the center of the candy that made me spit it out while talking on the phone. Ohh it make me so mad?

If you tasted one like it before, I wish to know the name of that candy?

This is something my MIL keeps saying and it is making me crazy! I tried to find something on the web to refute it, but I couldn't. Supposedly some lady who was a chef told her this stuff, so she is now freaking my kids out about Hershey's! Any ideas where this idea might have come from?

I have some yogurt with fruit on the bottom in my fridge that has been in there for awhile. They are past the "sell by" date on the containers.

How long can it be kept before the fruit and yogurt go bad?

They are in a fruit basket given to me. They have the skin of an orange, and orange type fruit inside, but are shaped and sized like a grape. Also, they are very sour.

I had a Baja Fresh burrito for lunch today, and I have been insanely thirsty all day ever since. The same thing happens whenever I eat pizza (especially from Pizza Hut). My guess is that the food has a lot of MSG in it.
