Cadbury Choclate melted (at least 2 or 3 full blocks of the milk choclate variety),

take of the stove and let it cool a while,

add little marshmellows and rasberry lollies (the little red chewey lollies cut into small pieces) in what ever measure you like,

pour onto a flat tray on grease proof paper and put in the fridge to set.

Take it out, cut into 2cm squares and start eating your own little rockey road.

You can add nuts as well but I prefer the rockey road without the nuts.

This tastes great but the only problem it is a little moreish so be careful.

Deviled Eggs are very easy: Boil the eggs, peel the shells then slice the eggs length wise, scoop out the yolk into a bowl, add mayonaise, (this is optional) pickle relish, mustard, then stir together then replace by spoonful back into cut eggs.
Then Chrissy can get some veggie's (baby carrots, celery,or fruit like apples, oranges) have a cool dip like caramel or better yet french dressing.

6 hard boiled Eggs (large)
3 tablespoons mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon mustard (honey mustard is great!)
1 teaspoon vinegar
salt & pepper to taste
paprika (optional)

To boil eggs, place eggs in enough cold water to cover completely, bring to a rolling boil over high heat.

Reduce heat to a lower MEDIUM BOIL and cook an additional 12 minutes.
Promptly chill eggs so yolks stay bright yellow.

Remove shells from eggs, and halve lengthwise with a knife.

Carefully remove the yolks, and place in a medium bowl.

Mash yolks with a fork, and add remaining ingredients.

Very carefully spoon mixture back into the egg white halves. Garnish with a light sprinkling of paprika (optional).

Boil as many eggs as needed. Cut them in half and gently scoop out the cooked yoke from the egg. Place them in a bowl and add a spoon of mayo and a tiny squirt of mustard. Add salt and pepper to taste and smash the yoke till it becomes pasty. After it feels like a loose paste scoop it back into the empty eggs.
