No-but some are less harmful than others. While unfiltered cigarettes are more harmful than filtered cigarettes, rolling tobacco has almost none of the crap you find in pre-rolled cigarettes, and usually have less tar and nicotine than even filtered cigarettes (and lights have just as much as regular cigarettes). And you'll find different levels of tar and nicotine depending on what you roll. Douwe Egberts adds tar to their rolling tobacco to make it easier to roll, but less healthy, while Bugler adds nothing but uses a finer cut so their tobacco contains less tar than Douwe Ebgerts, but the cigarette end up containing roughly the same since Bugler will roll denser without being overly tight. On the other hand, after almost twenty years of smoking I've not once found tar added to marijuana--that's the stuff that George Washington, John Adams, Thomas Jefferson and some of the other founding fathers grew on the Whjte House lawn when they were President, the same stuff that's used for the cloth component of every US dollar (all denominations) and the stuff that people as different as Snoop Dogg and Willie Nelson find to be a preferable alternative to tobacco.

All cigarettes are perfectly safe, assuming you leave them safely in their packaging. Try buying Popeye cigarettes, at least the sugar won't kill you.

The healthiest cigarettes are the ones you never smoke. There is no safe way to smoke a cigarette.

No. Inhaling anything besides fresh air and necessary medications into your lungs isn't good for you.
Wonder why you say it looks so good. It doesn't look cool at all.
