I eat a lot for my high protien diet.
Every day...
I eat 7 egg whites and 2 egg yolks.
I eat half loaf of bread (8 slices).
I eat peanut butter and a can of tuna.
I eat an apple.
I eat a handful of nuts.
I eat 2 cups of yogurt.
I eat 2 cups of plain oatmeal.
I drink 81/2 cups of milk.
and I drink 3 liters of water.

Is this unhealthy or is it fine? I eat it over 6 meals a day to raise metabolism.

High protein portion is great, but you're eating a truckload of carbs. If you're trying to lose weight then you need to cut out most of the carbs.

Remember, peanut butter has a lot of sugar in it.

6 small meals a day is a good idea to raise your metabolism.
