i know this sounds weird but does a pizza taste better is you eat it upside down?

Yes...I have done this (believe it or not) and it tastes amazing!!! I have done other things upside down too and it tastes good and goes deeper!!!

No no no, it tastes WAY better if you are upside down and eat pizza right side up!
I think you must be joking but in case not, my answer would be no. It does not change the taste, but upside down might be kinda messy, with dripping pizza sauce lol

Well, since your taste buds are on your tongue, I suppose having the toppings hit your tongue first would be good. But, that's what chewing does, is move stuff around so you can taste it all. I wouldn't risk a stained shirt just to eat it upside down.
