i made a jug of koolaid the other day and used splenda instead. it is the first time i have ever used this product. everytime i drink a glass of koolaid i get excruciating cramps like my cycle is about to start. is it normal to have stomach cramping when you first introduce your body to artificial sweeteners or could it be an allergy?

Even if you're alone.
If so, which one? I find Ramsey and Oliver are the best ones to do.

I've tried draining it, sugar, salt and some more tomatoes. But don't what to add to many more if the whole thing isn't going to turn out.

Do you call it pop or soda? And where are you from? (I know this question has been asked before but it's fun to hear the answers)

I adore cheese and would love to have new ideas of recipes and different ways to use it.

Which ones do you prefer?

Do you use them to cook, to make sandwiches, salads...what?

Thank you for sharing and have a wonderful weekend! :)
