I always eat my crusts and my hair is poker straight! And I have friends who never eat crusts and have mad curly hair!

yes of course they do....if u heat them up correctly and be sure to not wrap too much hair around them at one time...i have found that thick crust is best...warmed to about 30c...then loosely wrap the hair tied with elastic band..leave for 6-8 hrs

I really don't think so. But, I used to tell my kids that when they were little. They would respond " no mommy, that doesn't work." But your question made me smile remembering my little ones.
