Cheeseburger Hands Down. You can get most of the components of a salad on the cheeseburger. Best of both worlds

Cheeseburger with salad. Ideally, lettuce, tomatoes, raw onion, mayo and a chillies sauce. All within the burger.

You could always go for one of those salads with meat in it like McDonald's Asian chicken salad. You get the meat without the cheeseburger grease.

All depends on which one you like most, i am guessing the cheeseburger. If i was you i would just put salad on your burger, that way you have both. Problem solved.
