I've tried draining it, sugar, salt and some more tomatoes. But don't what to add to many more if the whole thing isn't going to turn out.

You can add a little flour, honey (instead of sugar) and olive oil or butter.
Put just a little of these ingredients at a time.
But if it is beyond any fixing just start again.

Double the recipe, except for the vinegar. Add more tomatoes, onions, peppers, salt, whatever, so you are, in effect, bringing the vinegar concentration back down to normal. You just end up w/ twice as much salsa! :-D

Why would you put vinegar in your homemade salsa!!!!!
If anything, you should squeeze a lime in it,,,not vinegar!!!

Add water to it and next time don´t use vinegar.
