i made a jug of koolaid the other day and used splenda instead. it is the first time i have ever used this product. everytime i drink a glass of koolaid i get excruciating cramps like my cycle is about to start. is it normal to have stomach cramping when you first introduce your body to artificial sweeteners or could it be an allergy?

Splenda is not benign, it is the sweetner from hell. I have seen people get dizzy, have cramps, and get nausea from Splenda.

Use cane or beet sugar or do without. Splenda is made from sugar that is processed through chlorine gas.

Kool Aid isn't good for you either. Why not get some lemon juice and make lemonade? It is cheaper than Kool Aid, and it tastes better.

I´ve never had any side effects from using Splenda. It´s safer than any other artificial sweetener because it´s made from sugar (sucralose is the main ingredient) and it hasn´t been linked to cancer in lab animals like Sweet & Low.

Everyone reacts differently to different foods. I have never heard of anyone reacting badly to artificial sweeteners. It could either be psycho-sematic or something else you ate/drank yesterday.

THERE IS SOMETHING STRANGE ABOUT SPLENDA. IT MAKES MY HEART FLUTTER. ANYTHING I HAVE TRIED WITH SPLENDA IN IT, GIVES ME THE SAME PROBLEM.
