I absolutely love Pho. The vietnamese noodle soup with rice noodles, cilantro, onion, and meat. I was wondering what the nutritional facts are (a general average will do) with regards to Fat, Calories, Sodium, Protein, Saturated Fat, etc. It seems like a pretty light, chicken noodle soup style broth, but you never know! thanks in advance!

What is an easy way to make Greek Chicken Soup?

I went out to eat the other night, and they had Greek Chicken soup on the menu, I ordered it, it was amazing. I woud love to learn how to make it. I looked up some recipies online, and they seemed rather complicated. The soup that I had tasted like condensed cream of chicken soup with some lemon juice and orzo (rice shaped pasta).

Does anyone know any authentic Malaysian recipes?

I tried some Malaysian food last year, but it is a 2 hour drive from my home. I really liked it and I also enjoy cooking. Does anyone have any recipes or know of any good ones on the web? (not overly excited about seafood though).

Does anyone know of a really good Indian soup or beef recipe that can be prepared in a crockpot?

I'm preparing a full course Indian dinner for guests on the weekend (I'm not Indian by the way!!) and would like to use my crockpot as a method of preparing part of the meal. I don't want to compromise quality though. Any ideas? Thanks to all.
