No cultures does, too little meat to eat & the meat contain chemicals that can be suspicious of poisoning.

Dried seahorses are used in Chinese medicine, we also prepare soup with dried seahorses.
Chinese Seahorses Soup Recipe
800g pork spare ribs
4 dried seahorses (depends on sizes, you may add a bit more if they are small)
4 dried dates (or more if you like)
2 slices of fresh ginger
1 piece of dried mandarin peel, soak in water till soft
3 dried figs, cut into half
5 litres of water
1) Heat 2 cups of water, put dried seahorses into hot boiling water, boil for 3 minutes, drain and clean up the intestines. set aside
2) Heat a big pot of water, boil pork spare ribs for 2 to 3 minutes, drain and wash away blood.
3) Heat 5 litres of water in a stock pot, bring to boil, put all the ingredients into the pot, cover the pot and boil for 15 - 20 minutes over high heat.
4) Reduce heat to low, simmer for 2 hours or till you have about 1.5 litres of soup.
Chinese believes this soup enhance the health of bones and kidneys.
