I am giving a French dinner to few friends on Monday. Do you have any idea, what can be the manue? All suggestions are welcome!
I would defintely like to make Kich (Spelling? read kish), but this time I would like to have a great, well expereinced recepy instead of experimenting with it. Also, I am interested in the recepy of the fruit cake baked upside down. Any other suggestion is warmly welcome.

Every time I go there - the french fries are way too salty. I don't know why they don't let people put their own salt on their fries. Just like any other hambur. joint. Their supposed to just put a pinch of salt on, but they always put too much. Maybe some people like that much salt - but not everybody.

The ingredients listed are -
coriander, cumin, cinnamon, cloves, black pepper, bay leaves and ginger. I am familiar with most of them, so could it be the cumin or coriander?.

My sweet sixteen is on Monday, and I'm planning on going out to this really fancy Japanese restuarant. The thing is, my mom is pregnant and isn't sure if she can handle the hibachi stuff. So I was wondering if anyone knew a particular Japanese dish (other than miso soup) that would be calming to the stomach? It is my birthday, but I don't want her to have a bad time of it.
Thanks!

A guy at work brought in a Pancit dish his wife made for a potluck and it was awesome! It had 2 different kinds of noodles, shredded veggies, chicken, shrimp and egg slices. Asked him for the recipe but he said she doesn't give any recipes up. :(
Can anyone help?

I was shocked when I travelled to the Philippines how bland it is. I was expecting something so flavorful and delicious like Vietnamese or Thai. But everything seems to be like white rice and meat with hardly any flavor at all.
