If your interested in easy here is what you do. Chuletas are simply pork chops with the bone. Go to spanish grocery store and select the pork chops you want from the butcher. In this case you are not lookin for lean, you want the chop to have a nice piece of rind or fat on the exterior. Also purchase one bottle of Adobo spice.

Wash the chops and cut off the rind or fat in one piece. Do not throw this away, you are going to gut diagnol slits on from the inside stip. Do not cut all the way through and do not cut from exterior of the rind. Season the chops and rinds with salt, pepper and Adobo to taste. Don't over salt the Adobo already has salt.

Heat corn oil in a deep dish pan and deep fry these pork chops on Medium High fire. It will take about 10-15 minutes turning once, do not over cook or you will have dry chops. Cooking time depends on how thick the chops are. Serve with white rice and abichuelas guisada (bean stew). If you want that recipe let me know. In instead of abichuelas you can substitute with your favorite side dish.

I hope this helps - Enjoy!

Brown sugar, olive oil, and vanilla (yummy smell). The sugar is a more gentle exfoliate than salt and good for sensitive skin. You can also use white sugar or plain table salt with other oils and scents (use essential oils that are food grade or state that they are OK for use on the body). Lavender is great to add for relaxation. If you want a stimulating scrub add the zest from lemon, lime, orange or all three. Rosemary and peppermint together is also very nice. Experiment until you find something you like. I would not use baby oil as another person suggested b/c it just sits on top of the skin (not easily absorbed). Use olive or even regular vegetable oil. Jojoba and grape seed oil are also nice if you can find them.

chuletas are pork chops.
You can try rubbing them with salt, pepper, garlic powder and a little mojo (you can find this at cuban stores). Fry them and just before they're done add sliced onions. Serve with lime wedges and congri (fried red beans mixed with rice) and some fried plantain slices.
