The most exotic food I have eaten has to be a Korean dish called
San Nakgi. Which literally means live octopus. It's served with pepper paste and sesame oil. And yes it is still moving on the plate and the suckers on the legs attach themselves to various parts of your mouth. The taste wasn't bad and it is said to be a very good aphrodisiac. As a girlfriend of mine took me to try it, how could I turn her down?

Whatever you do...

Never ever let someone you trust... blindfold you, hold your nose, and feed you a Durian fruit!

now I understand why Mario Kicks them in Super Mario Sunshine. They are not good for much else. Im suprised they don't make Yoshi die!

They are the most horrible thing I have ever put into my mouth! They smell and taste like rotting flesh!

and never allow an Australian person to talk you into believing that Vegamite is actually tasty. It's not!

The most exotic, best tasting thing I have ever had was real russian Caviar (the good stuff) which speaks for itself. It is to die for with a good vodka and all the trimmings!

and fugu. Fugu makes your mouth numb when you eat it and if you don't die, it is like sweet novocane and fresh but fishy jello...

Birds nest soup is suprisingly good too... In San Francisco at a place called hakka. they (used to) serve the real, authentic thing. Not just cellophane noodles in a bunch.

I had a wild game French Meat Pie when I was in Old Quebec. It was GREAT! We're planning another trip up there and have every intention of having it again.

Haggis is the best.
You take the stomach of a sheep and you put in the heart, lungs, liver, some onions and suet and you boil the whole thing for a day. Yum Yum! good eating
