There is a wonderful movie called "Werner Herzog eats his shoe" which Mr.Herzog made after losing a bet, and filmed himself fulfilling to take some of the sting out. Mr.Herzog cooks and eats his shoe, and it seems to turn out quite tasty. I can't think socks would take so well to a nice sauce...

Well it's been a very long time since I,v had either,[in former life I was a poodle,life was much simpler back then], I would have to vote for the shoes, socks are nice and soft, but if you swallow too much, you get a horrible belly ache.

It totally depends on whether or not the socks have been worn, but I'd probably go with 7 socks b/c they're probably made out of cotton....which would go down easier than leather or rubber

I would have to go with the socks.
Im sure they would go down a little easier than shoes would
plus you can dip the socks in milk like a cookie,

i rather put food in my mouth and wear those 3 pairs of socks and shoes, use the odd 1 out to filter lint in the laundry sink.

DEFINATELY the shoes... think about it... leather slipping down your throat, or rough smelly socks?!! And 7 smelly socks at that...
