I was wondering if anyone knows how to make garlic noodles similar to the one you can get at Crustaceans.

6 ounces yolkless broad noodles
1/2 cup frozen baby peas
3 tablespoons reduced sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons water
1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon chili paste with garlic

Bring a large saucepan of water to a boil over high heat. Add the noodles, stir, and cook for 8 minutes.

Preheat a large nonstick skillet or a nonstick wok over high heat. Drain and add the noodles. Add the remaining ingredients. Cook, stirring constantly, for 1 to 2 minutes, until all the liquid has been absorbed. Serve about 1 cup per person.

GARLIC NOODLES

1 (2 lb.) pkg. wide noodles
1 1/2 lb. butter
1 c. Parmesan cheese
3 cloves garlic
4 tbsp. parsley
2 cans mushrooms

Melt butter, add crushed garlic, mushrooms and parsley. Saute about 20 minutes. Boil noodles to the "el dente". Drain and add butter to noodles and mix in the cheese.

GARLIC NOODLES

1 pkg. (8 oz.) noodles
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 tbsp. garlic salt
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt & pepper

Cook noodles and drain. Mix with butter so will not stick. Combine with rest of ingredients and put in well-greased casserole. Top with butter dots. Bake for 1 hour at 300 degrees.
Mix some butter into noodles after they're drained.
If recipe is doubled, do not double the garlic salt and Worcestershire sauce.
