No turkey is not! Although if you eat it all the time, you will consume a great quantity of protein. Which in turn can increase testosterone. {male hormone}

No it makes you sleepy, it has tryptophan. But I have heard the following foods are aphrodisiacs: black olives, oysters, oatmeal, chocolate. Don't know if it's true or not though. :)

no but it has a natural sedative - hence why you want to sleep after a turkey dinner....but yumm its so worth it
