It is Dosas,Parathas and Naan! :)

The dosa is a savoury South Indian crêpe.This snack, high in carbohydrates and proteins, is a typical South Indian breakfast item.
Regular dosa batter is made from lentils and rice blended with water and left to ferment overnight.
The batter is then ladled in small amounts onto a flat, preheated pan, where it is allowed to spread out into a circular shape and is fried with edible oil or ghee until golden brown. The dosa is then neatly folded in half and served.

The dosa is typically served with a side accompaniment like sambar, chutneys or Indian pickle.

Paratha is a flatbread that originated in the Indian subcontinent.
It is usually made with whole-wheat flour, pan fried in ghee/cooking oil, and often stuffed with vegetables, especially boiled potatoes, radish or cauliflower and/or paneer (Indian cheese).
A paratha (especially a stuffed one) could be eaten simply with a blob of butter spread on top but it is best served with pickles and yoghurt, or thick spicy curries of meat and vegetables.
The paratha can either be round, square or triangular.

Naan is also a round flatbread made of wheat flour.
Naan is a staple accompaniment to hot meals in Central and South Asia, including the Punjab, Gujarat, and Rajasthan regions in North-west India and Pakistan, as well as Afghanistan, Iran, Uzbekistan and the surrounding region.
It bears a resemblance to pita bread, but is softer in texture.
Naan is usually leavened using yeast, but unleavened dough is also used. Naan is generally cooked in a tandoor, or clay oven.

A typical naan recipe involves mixing white flour with salt, a yeast culture, and enough yogurt to make a smooth elastic dough. The dough is kneaded for a few minutes, then set aside to rise for a few hours. Once risen, the dough is divided into balls, which are flattened and cooked.
