I absolutely love Pho. The vietnamese noodle soup with rice noodles, cilantro, onion, and meat. I was wondering what the nutritional facts are (a general average will do) with regards to Fat, Calories, Sodium, Protein, Saturated Fat, etc. It seems like a pretty light, chicken noodle soup style broth, but you never know! thanks in advance!

PER SERVING: 390 calories, 28 g protein, 51 g carbohydrate, 6 g fat (2 g saturated), 66 mg cholesterol, 1592 mg sodium, 2 g fiber.

Mind you, this is without the meat. This will vary by how it is made and what it is made with.

Enjoy=)

Its probably healthy for you, I don't know but its made all natural without broth in a can. Its actully flavour from boiling like chicken or beef or pork. Its probably the same amount of calories as a normal meal but probably less saturated fat since its all natural ingredients.

yes, pho is extremely light, even with beef. I'd say you can live off of that stuff without gaining an ounce. (well, maybe =P)
