where can i find nice dinner wear besides target ? im looking for a nice orange and brown set with all sized dishes and cups and napkin holders and stuff like that ?

I am turning sixteen in just under 6 months. I live in California, about a half hour drive from the San Francisco bay (although I have many friends who live a lot closer). For various reasons I
have not had a birthday party in three years, and have also won some fairly hefty scholarships, so my parents are giving me a generous budget for this party.
I'm really just brainstorming right now, though! I want to have about 30-40 friends at my party, and I'm thinking that it should be a half day event. My ideal party would be brunch/lunch on a cruise from 2-3 hours.. dancing isn't necessary, just time to talk and chill and watch the sights. Does this sound fun? Does anyone know of cruise lines that offer such services? Would it be better to try to get a small yacht just for my party, or a public yacht and just claim a section of it? Should I think of an entirely different party idea?

me and about 3 friends are going out to eat at the grand lux cafe for my birthday. i dont kno what we should do after though. i was thinking about movies, but that sounds like something ishould be doin on after a date or something. im turning 15 yrs old if that helps any lol clubs are out of the question lol. any sugestions plz?

I'm in change of throwing a Fear Factor event at a company party. I did it last year with great sucess. But it was hard thinking up those ideas. And I don't want to repeat the same thing. So does anybody have any ideas to help me out? Just something that would be challenging, but fairly easy to set up.

My bf is turning 25 . He works second shift so he gets home around midnight every night. His b'day will fall on a Saturday and I would like to throw a successful surprise party for him, inviting his close friends. im turning 17 in 2 weeks. and my so called "sweet 16" wasnt so sweet. i got put to babysitting and couldnt make it to my own party cause the babysitter was late. so instead im have a sweet 17.

We're planning my sister's (surprise) sweet 16. The restaurant won't let you attach anything to the walls/ceiling with tape or other adhesive.

The theme is "under the stars" and the colors are blue, white/silver, and (some) green.
