I need ideas for a surprise b'day party.. anyone?

My bf is turning 25 . He works second shift so he gets home around midnight every night. His b'day will fall on a Saturday and I would like to throw a successful surprise party for him, inviting his close friends. Since he barely drinks anymore, I'd like for him to get a little crazy just this once. Anyone has any ideas how to make this party interesting and definitely unforgivable? Thanks in advance.

Rent a limo, and when it arrives to pick you both up, let him think you're doing something special just for him. As you travel towards town, have the limo make unannounced stops to pick up his friends. He'll never know who you'll stop for next, and the ongoing surprises throughout the evening is part of the fun. This also works well if some of the friends can't make it until later.

Plan to hit all his favorite restaurants and bars.
