If you have lots of money OBVIOUSLY rent a hall and splash out on a beutiful dress and invite all you friends buying food and drink and a DJ and have a fab night!!!
What about a boat!!! Quite expensive but still
If you havn't got much money to blow...
1. House/Garden party
Most obvious idea! All you need is a cd/mp3 player, snacks and soda and all your sisters friends! You could even have a BBQ! Remember to clear the house of all ornaments!
2. Any activity where the guests pay for themselves instead of bringing a present
3. Picnic in a park (Sounds boring bu its not! Snacks, music football, friends, camera, cake. Amazing fun)
4. Scavanger Hunt (groups have a list of items to find and have a time limit to find them! Could be in a shopping mall, park ect.
5. Cooking party! All friends bake cakes and make dinner for each other! Then get dressed up and pretend to be at a posh dinner party!
6. Murder Mystery! Make little cards with character profile with one person as the murderer and get everyone to dress up!
7. Most shops will bring all there merchandise down to your house to free if you gather all your friends together and set it all up and all you and your friends can try on the clothes all day with no obligation to buy anything!!!
8. Rent a chocolate fountain and have a choccy night!!!
9. Sleepover (movie + snacks + duvets + girly gossip and games = fun matie)
These are my ideas and I have used most of these for my partys!
While not surf the web! My favourite websites are:
http://www.boardmanweb.com/

You could always all get dressed up and go to your local under eighteens club or disco, or a music concert.
HOPE YOU HAVE AN IMMENSE BIRTHDAY!!!

Happy early birthday! Sorry your Sweet 16 turned out so lame. Anyway, how about a really fun retro-themed disco party? You could decorate a friend's basement with 70's-related stuff, like a disco ball, movie posters from famous 70's movies like Saturday Night Fever and Grease, etc. Then just load a bunch of disco tunes into your iPod hook it into a stereo or one of those neat little iPod docks and hit "shuffle" for a good soundtrack. You guys could have a disco dancing contest, a 70's costume contest, etc. For food, how about just pizza and soft drinks? It would be relatively cheap and lots of fun!

Just get blessings from your parents and beloved ones in the morning. Take a DVD player along with Speakers , invite your friends and even parents too, go for a picnic near some lake or in a good park .Play the music and dance with your friends ina very positive mood. You will get a good enjoyment and return after after taking some refreshments if possible. Really you will be the happiest person in the world in the evening and also you will get a sound sleep too. Just experience it and suggest others to do so.

well happy early birthday!!! but there are endless options it just depends on what you like. look at partycity.com...they have pretty cute themes and ideas. or you and get ideas from watching mtv my super sweet 16! ha ha...
as far as food, it's not a birthday party without cake...that's a must! you dont have to necessarily have a feast for your friends but if your on a budget, try chips and dip, finger foods, or order pizza or althought it's a little more costly, cook out! hot dogs hamburgers! its your party!

I really think that you should have a small little party with only your closest friends. You should wait until you turn 18 to have a huge birthday bash. Just a small cake and pizza or something would be nice for a small party.

well my teen just turned 15 this month i had a pool party for her and it went well all of her guest enjoyed the cool water and enjoyed the refreshments heres what you could do.
i had a friend with a pool and if you have any friends or if you have a pool then have your party at a pool. i had a grill and grilled hot dogs and hamburgers, veggie planter and fruit platter, chips dip baked beans, and ask your guest to bring a covered dish this will add to the feast, you also can have tortillias and grill chicken breast seasoned with taco seasoning on it and gill it. grill some onions and green peppers put this in foil leaving top of foil open letting in the smoke for taste.cook chicken 25 minutes total a day ahead or during party. chop up the chicken into small chunks for chicken quasadillias roll ups.lettuce chopped, tomatoes and there you have it for those. cant ever go wrong with hot dogs and hamburgers put out the fixing out for thoughs like mustard tomatoes ect. chips and dip. for nachos you use 1lb of velveta per 8 guest, 1 large jar of salsa, hot or mild, 1 large can of chili with beans,1 package 4 cheeses, 2lbs hamburger meat. fry up hamburger, drain add in crock pot all indgredients and let cook on high for about 2 hours, then on low while serving. tortillia chips always a fave at parties.
setting up your party decorations always use florescent colors. balloons, streamers, make you own confetti out of wrapping paper, like gold, silver, black or any wrapping papers will do. use black balloons for prizes inside of them truth or dare games or celebererty answering games. but most of all have plenty of music, drinks and ice .if you know of any1 whom has a band invite them to party and ask them if they would play at your party.
hope this is a good idea and guess what its cheap. dont forget to send out invitations you can make your own on your computer purchase card printing paper and do you invitations on this. make sure to add a limit on guest gift like 40.00...
