My sister wants me to join her at a craft fair next Christmas season, and I thought I might sew some aprons- they're pretty simple. But my mom said she doesn't think many people wear aprons anymore.

What do you think?

Do you have any other cooking related items I could craft for a craft fair? Thanks~

In the newspaper a few days ago it said a man fell asleep in a tree while hunting, and died. But before he died he called his wife on his cellphone asking for help. By the time the ambulance came he was already dead. In the newspaper his wife was saying all he lived for was hunting and fishing. That they have tons of animals in their fridge that he brought home.

There's an opinions section. Someone said that he had it coming to him, but others think that the person that said he had it coming to him is heartless.

Personally, I think the person that is really heartless is the hunter..because well, I don't like hunters.

So the question is- do you think that the person that wrote that he found it amusing that the hunter fell out of a tree was wrong? Do you think it was wrong of him to write an opinion stating he was happy the hunter got a taste of his own medicine because the hunters family is upset that the man died?

My wife thinks the eggs I scramble for her aren't fluffy. She says her grandmother used to make "fluffy eggs." I use two eggs, a tablespoon of milk, a pinch of salt and beat them mercilessly in the bowl and then continue to beat them in the pan until they are thoroughly cooked.

What am I not doing? Anyone have any ideas or suggestions?

I'm a vegetarian. My family is a huge meat eating family. What do you guys think about being vegetarian? I am in it cuz of the animal cruelty (search PETA TV for my reasoning). Your opinions?

I'm going to a dinner party which will have a Thanksgiving-ish meal served and I've been asked to bring a bottle of white wine. I don't know anything about wine; I usually just drink what is served to me. I want to buy something which will go well with dinner, but I also want something I'll like--nothing too dry. I'll probably be going to a grocery store or liquor store to buy it, and I don't want to spend too much money but I don't want anything low-end either. Any suggestions on types of wine or brands?

I live at high altitude (8500 ft.), which makes it harder to cook anyway. My husband loves snickerdoodles, and since I've moved here, I haven't been able to make them soft and chewy. Any advice would be much appreciated!

My husband's grandmother used to make a cookie that had anais in it and was shaped like a walnut sized ball and rolled in cinnamon and powdered sugar. He calles them panne de polvos. They are "melt in your mouth good"!!! I would love to find the recipe and surprise him with them this Christmas.
