The best potato chips I ever had were on a trip to Wales. They're Walker's (Lays in the US). While in the US, chips tend to have more dairy-based flavors (sour cream, cheddar cheese, ranch, etc.), in Britain, the flavors tend to be meat-based (steak & onion, roast chicken, prawns, etc.). They are available here via mail order (just search for British food), but I wish Lays would offer the Walker's flavors in the store...

In Cincinnati we have Grippo's. BBQ Grippo's Potato Chips are HOT & addicting! Try eating with cream cheese.
