I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to find a recipe for eggnog cheesecake...it sounds absolutely DELICIOUS! The other one I like the sounds of is the white chocolate and caramel peanut brittle.

Feel free to email me your recipe for the cheesecake. I'd love you forever! :D

I'm sure any one of them would be a hit. The crepese would be especially impressive.

None really appeal to my taste though. I love the flavor of eggnog but cheesecake doesn't do anything for me. I prefer gingerbread alone. The crepes sound yummy except I loathe peppermint. I'm not a fan of white chocolate. I must really be the wierd one in the crowd.

White chocolate and caramel peanut brittle...sounds like the best way to end a GREAT meal!

Cheesecake,Chocolate/gingerbread cookies are too much for the stomach, especially after eating the GREAT meal you'll be serving!

Chocolate chip gingerbread cookies or white chocolate/caramel peanut brittle. Those sound divine=]

They all sound delicious, but the Crepes seem to be the most original. When my husband and I go to a restaurant, we try to order something that is original to the restaurant, not something we could get at many other places. So when I read your choices, the Crepes stood out as something he wouldn't be able to get at a bakery or restaurant. I know I have never heard of it before, but would love to try it!

eggnog cheesecake--sounds delish, sounds like a dessert, can be pre-made so you can focus on the BF. Cookies and brittle don't sound like a "holiday" dessert and the crepes sound like a lot of work while in his presence, taking away from your time with him (although they do sound yummy--why don't you share the recipe?)
