whats the best tasting breakfeat for me? i want it to be something low cal. and easy to make. (like something premade that you pop in a toaster or w/e b.c i dont have much time before school) but im just sick of the same old same old. anyone have anything really good they have for breakfeast? liek s specific brand and flavor of something or w.e? when preparing this meal...do you put the pineapple on the gammon cold!...or hot?...also is it correct to add some caraway seeds to the potatoes while they are boiling?...help please...I have always snipped the edges of the gammon steak to prevent curling up!...and grilled them under a hot grill...and then put the 2 rings of pineapple on the steak for the last 5 minutes of grilling...so it warms through and browns...I always add caraway seeds to the potatoes while they are boiling in lightly salted water...and mash them in with un-salted butter and either single cream or evaporated milk!...and today when cooking for my girlfriend she complained i had DONE IT ALL WRONG...the pineapple should have been COLD?...and the mash was spoilt by adding the caraway seeds!...how do YOU prepare this meal???...

Hehe making hot milk in the saucepan however, don't suppose you know something we might have downstairs in the kitchen to make it taste a bit better

i add granulated sugar for a nice taste

i'm a vegan in college and my cafeteria doesn't provide well for my diet - i am working with them to resolve that, but meanwhile does anybody know any cheap and easy vegan meals that can be cooked in the microwave? i don't have a full kitchen here, only a microwave - i know you can get ready made meals, but i'd rather make my own from scratch.
