They can be the same. The serving suggestion is just to ensure you are getting enough fiber in your diet. However, it wouldn't hurt to maybe throw in a different veggie in there. But it really doesn't matter as long as your eating a variety of foods for all your vitamins and minerals.

Its better to have a variety of fruits and vegetables because different kinds have different nutrients for your body but eating 5 apples is a lot better than 5 sticks of butter!

Ideally different but not essential.

They could be the same for a day but you need to vary them over a week to get essential vitamins and minerals.

Eating's just not about serving size!

It can be the same fruit or vegetable, but you can eat a wide variety. For example, try new foods and see if you like them and incorporate them into your meals.

My renowned fruit may well be a banana. the superb thank you to eat that's as a pb sandwich. As for my renowned vegetable, that is a baked potato. particularly of utilising bitter cream, i take advantage of common yogurt and that i exchange butter buds for butter.

They can be the same one if you want, though more variety generally means more different nutrients. And more deliciousness, in my opinion.
