Seems like you might want to do this tonight and if you dont want to go out and buy a rolling pin heres a suggestion. Being a cook ive done this MANY times. Find a round can, clean it of course and roll out your dough. Use plenty of flour so it doesnt stick to the board your rolling it on.

GOod luck

Some people use a rolling pin but if you want it to be circular you can toss it lightly into the air and stretch it out with your knuckles then you press on it until you are satisfied with how it looks.

Funny you ask that, I just got done meking one and am waiting for it to cook right now. You need to make sure the dough is at room temp, if not it will not spread. Then just move it around with your fingers.

Either use your fist & fingers to flatten & spread or invest in a small marble roller.

You can either use a rolling pin and roll it out like pie crust or biscuit dough, or stretch it out between your fists.

I don't understand the question either. By "flat in", did you mean flatten? By "doe", did you mean dough?
