Almost all foods have protein. Unless you eat too few calories or too much junk food, you will almost certainly get enough protein in your diet. Fruits and fats don't have protein. And there are four calories per gram of protein.

Since this is in vegetarian and vegan, then nuts, lentils, beans, tofu, tempeh. You can look up their nutritional values on the web. Even potatoes contain some protein, as well as enriched grains and cereals. Poor sources: fruit, water.
