The more I hear about problems with foot and mouth, blue tongue disease (whatever that is), the more I think about cutting meat out of my diet, not fish though. I have thought about it for years, and steadily improved my diet, however, not reduced the meat. I wouldnt know what to replace it with whilst having a proper meal. Im okay during the day whilst snacking on fruit etc but am at a loss at the main meals. Are there any tips or advice, like an idiots guide, that you could pass on to help me cross the line, and drop meat from my diet. Any links or recommended sites would be useful too.

Everytime me and the boyfriend make potatoes we always cut them up and boil them.. then bake them with seasoned salt and cheese on top- and im just bored of that!

So today i picked up those small baby yukon (yellow) potatoes. I want to do a different potatoe dish!

Any suggestions? Thanks!

Two friends bet, one saying it was blackberry liquor and the other saying raspberry. Chambord site says it's a black raspberry liquor. Wikipedia claims it's a combination of blackberry and raspberry, but the raspberry friend claims that a black raspberry is just a type of raspberry and there's no blackberry in it. Never hearing of a black raspberry, I claim that the combination of raspberry and blackberry made a new fruit which is called (at least by IHOP) a boysenberry, not a black raspberry. Now we're all confused.

What is used to flavor Chambord? What does it say on the box? Please help my friends settle their bet and help me to figure this out so I can get to sleep tonight!

They were bite-sized, circular short bread and then they had a dollop of chocolate in the middle. I am thinking they may have been called "sweet spots". Does that ring a bell with anyone?

I'm looking for a specific pie crust recipe that includes the following ingredients: butter, shortening, egg yolk and milk. Can anyone help me? It is for a recipe called Danish Apple Squares that appeared in the Grand Rapids Press years ago. The crust is what really made this dessert extra yummy. Thanks!

Does anyone know how to contact Yahoo and ask them this question? I have been splitting the URL into 2, 3, or even 4 lines so it will all show up. It's very aggravating to receive only part of a URL!!!
Come on, Yahoo, Listen up!!!

I just came up with a thought that it may get along pretty well with walnut cakes, mixed fruit cakes and banana cakes...

Oh yes, how can I forget... chocolate cakes with a hint of dates would be lovely!

Anyone?
