this might sound stupid but i'm not hungry...i ate breakfast at around 12 ( it's 4 oclock now) usually i feel like i want another meal around 3 but i don't :S i've not eaten anything since breakfast and i'm not hungry. Can I just just and peel them, and put them in freezer bags? I will eventually be making apple pies with them, so I don't care if they turn brown or not.

Or do I have to steam them a bit first?
