I love cheesecakes as I grow up.

Cheesecake...but then again its not really a "cake", and neither are half the other "cakes" on your list.
Of actual "cakes" I like the blackforest cake (and I typically do not like chocolate)...but its got to be the real authentic kind...mmmmmm...
