Nope,
hangover is caused by dehydration and in some cases hyponutremia, casued by flushing out all the nutrients in your body due to excessive liquid intake.
The only thing to cure it is water for the headache casued by dehydration and a good meal for your stomach

Of course! Start drinking immediately and put the hangover off for another day.
This may sound crazy, but beer with salt around the rim of the glass (like a margarita) is my ultimate hangover cure.

Basically it just gets you a little buzzed again so you don't feel the affects anymore. Alcohol is a like a poison to the body & we feel bad because the body tries to reject or get rid of it when we've had too much. Alcohol actually dehydrates the body & that causes the headaches. Drink lots of water & try to rest as much as possible. Eat something if you can & in a few hours you'll feel better. I've had experience with this.

No it's not true. It takes the edge off by giving you back some of your buzz. Plenty of sleep and a hot bath are the best cures for a hangover.

It's true to the effect that it keeps your buzz going a little while longer, but, the only problem is that when you do finally come down, you're still going to be tipsy!
