This party will be a backyard bash for a sendoff for our Alaskan honeymoon in Virigina. I'm already serving Salmon for dinner and maybe some crab, and chocolate "moose" for dessert (food seems to be my speciality here). We will have a fire pit out back. Need ideas for cake, party favors, decorations, or some other items to make it more of an Alaska send off. Maybe something to do with puddle jumpers. Any one know of widely available Alaskan beer?

I have been informed that it is made of cheese stuff mixed with the lining of cow's guts. I suspect this is a wind-up, but can anyone confirm/deny this vicious rumour? Thanks!

I have checked out the websites, but would like personal recipes that you use with your kids. Easy please, for 8 and 11 year old beginner cooks.

I'm sure you've all heard the phrase "I could eat my weight in _______." Realistically, now - what would be the blank you would fill in and literally try to eat your weight in that food? Please share the food (and if you're comfortable} how much would you have to eat?

{Let's say you'll get your dream vacation if you can do it}.

Me? I think I could eat my weight in baby carrots dipped in hummus...I'd have to eat 150 lbs worth.

I can't be the only one. It's time Nabisco kicked it up a notch and made Quadruple Stufs.

I will have 40 chicken quarters on the grill and we will be eating at 12 noon. What time do you think I should put the chicken on. I will be grilling skin side up ONLY, I do not flip my chicken and the heat of the grill that I will aim for is some where at 250 degrees 4 to 5 inches from the cooking surface.

I want to make a liver recipie for my Dad who like liver. I can remember seeing that if you soak the liver in something for a few hours it will make it more tender but can't remember what. My Mum says milk but that sounds too yucky to me. Any advice appreciated.

Thanks!

It's my husband, he doesn't like hot creamy foods. He's never had soup or beans. Plus we have two small children. My son is very picky, but my daughter is not. What are some family friendly meals that I don't have to slave over
