Orange juice is better for you, but if you need to go number two, and don't like prune juice, apple is the way to go, just ask any mother out there.

It depends on the time of day... In the morning I like better orange juice but for a "snack drink" or if I'm really thirsty I go for apple juice with sparkling water.

I think orange juice is better. I've also had a thing for citrus. Also its really good because of all the vitamin see so it helps the immune system. It's great drink with breakfast

okay i am a pro at juices! LOL because i dont drink pop...anywayys

apple juice is better if your reallly thirsty and parched
orange juice is better if you have a cold :P
but i like apple juice better

For me it's apple. I like OJ and drink it often, but I love apple juice and apple cider more. I crave it when I'm sick, and it's the only thing I can keep down if I'm throwing up.
