The exact definition varies by time, place, and culture, but the meat of adult mammals, such as beef, mutton, and horse is invariably considered "red".
You can also get iron from Chicken Livers, Dark Meat Turkey, Pork Loin Chops, Baked Beans and Kidney Beans, Molasses and Spinach.

Veal, lamb, any organ meat (liver, kidneys, heart) venison (deer), buffalo. The most important thing is to eat things high in iron - which is primarily liver and even certain vegetables. Maybe try an iron supplement/vitamin? I would research foods high in iron (especially vegetables) then double check with my doctor. Good luck and good health!

Other red meat commodities include: beef, sheep & lamb, veal, pork, fur, wild game & bison, ostrich, and elk.
For healthy organic red meats, and that are lower in calories and cholesterol check this link.

Don't forget to include foods rich in vitamin C with your meat.
This vitamin helps for iron absorption.

There's Lamb. There's Venison. And if "red meat", to you, doesn't mean strictly cattle, there is Buffalo.

Bison and lamb come to mind right away. Veal is just baby cow, so it's still beef.
