My fiance and I are catering our own wedding and we are looking for a semi-quick and easy recipe to cook boneless chicken breast. Preferably one that can be prepared in advance and re-heated the day of the wedding. It is a summer wedding, so something light would be preferable. Does anyone have any suggestions?

As my favorite vegetables along with garlic, I love onions. But the big problem with those is that whenever I chop them, I start to sense this burning feeling in my eyes. I tried to put on my sunglasses but that didn't work.

Why does that happen and is there anyway I could still chop onions without getting "burned?"

My boyfriend and I are cutting out most red meat and attempting to incorporate fish into our diets. The only problem is that I don't really care for fish (yet) and neither of us grew up eating it--so we don't have any great standby recipes to use. Anyone want to share some good fish recipes (mostly white fish like sole or bass)? Please--nothing deep-fried or breaded, as neither of us care for it. Thanks so very much!

We like different things eg: I'd love to try okra, but have no clue how to prep it. What interesting veggies do you serve your family and how do you prepare them? Thanks for your suggestions!

Does anyone know where I could buy frozen egg patties? The kind that are like scrambled eggs but round. I really can't stand "real" eggs, but I love the patties.

Thanks in advance for your help!

My wife doesn't like dry wine, and since I don't know much about wine, we end up sticking to one or two types that we like.

She thinks Merlot is too dry for her, so I would like a wine that is a bit sweeter than Merlot, but far from a desert wine!

Is there some sort of chart showing wines in range from sweetest to driest? I know they vary by brand, but they are usually close to each other, correct?

I was in for nearly 3 months and the only vaguely edible thing was sponge pudding and the pre-packaged breakfast cereal

Mine would be Anthony Bourdain (sp?) and Tyler Florence. (he's sexy too) I really like them all except for Bobby Flay (a little too cocky for me) and Sandra Lee- I just can't get into watching her and Emeril ( a little too overrated and I heard his food in his restaurant sucks) Of course I love Paula Deen, Rachael's ok, and I like the dude from Good Eats, can't think of his name.

I gave up drinking beer for a glass or two of red wine each evening. However, in the last couple of weeks (since I started) I've noticed that I have dark circles under my eyes now. I can't attribute it to anything else - other than allergies I guess, but it seems strange that's when it started.

If you drink wine on a regular basis, have you noticed this same thing? Not sure what is in it that would do it.

It's only a glass or two, so no it isn't a hangover. :)

Been living at uni halls for the past 6 months, and drinking the tap water. Howeverthis morning they come stick those 'not safe to drink' stickers. Why would they make this sudden change, as we've all been living here for some time.
Is there any health & saftey regualtions that we were not aware of? Is there any board that we can contact about this?
