honestly it`s really evil, but i luv my mountain dew (& coffee, i just luv sugar & caffeine!!!)...i drink about 2 litres a day i guess...

The answer is never because not only is it bad for your skin and can cause acne, it is also a dierutic ( I prob spelled that wrong, sorry) and in the summer you need lots of fluids and all the pop does is dehydrate you and you would never know. Although it does taste great, why would you want something in your body that can clean rust off a car?

Never if you want to be healthy. If you have to drink a pop, try diet as the full tap has too many empty calories.

You shouldn't drink any. Its full of sugar, artificial flavor, artificial color (often made from carmine-crushed red beatles) and preservatives and chemicals. Nothing good for you at all. You would be better off having some fizzy water with natural fruit juice and fresh lime.

in my opinion, never. but one pop per day should not be harmful. more than that and you have several consequences to think about:

1) all pop, cola in particular, is very acidic. every one you drink erodes the enamel on your teeth.

2) diet sodas have been shown to make the drinker eat more to compensate for the "imaginary" calories. you taste the sweet, but you get no calories from it, your body makes you eat to give it what it expected.

3) non-diet sodas have lots of empty calories... 'nuf said.

How active are you and what else do you drink?

If you drink plenty of water and use up all the calories in pop, then go ahead and drink what you want.

You shouldn't drink it at all. It's extremely bad for you. The regular kind is full of sugar, the diet kind is full of artificial sweeteners that are far more destructive than sugar.

You should keep it to a minimum, I know, I am a diet coke addict and get headaches when my level plummets, also freak out when I get down to a 12 pk, you don't need this kind of monkey on your back

I would restrict my self to maybe a glass or two a week, because all of that sugar is not good for you
