plate. Is it called a STARTER plate. I feel like it is called something different but similar. Like in a fancy restaurant. The plate that is before you that looks like a dinner plate but is removed before the entree was served.

Is raw flax seed safe?

So... I always add flax seed to my breads and such. I had read that you can add it to your cereal raw. I added some to my Kashi cereal a few minutes ago and began eating. Then, for some reason I decided to check the safety of it. I found all these weird articles about it making cyanide in your stomach?! I then found other ones that said it's fine. I ate about half the bowl of cereal with raw flax seed. Does anyone know the facts on this for sure? Should I be concerned?

Stock Pot Cajun Crab and corn chowder?

Hello everyone,

I had this soup in a little tea room, and had been looking to buy it everywhere. Can anyone help please ? I think the brand is Stock Pot soup (the campbell other company) but I'm not sure.
It's orange in color, has a lot of crab flesh and is a little spicy. Honestly, one of the best soups I had.
