So, I know that it's really bad for me BUT I just love chicken/turkey skin. Not the floppy gross kind - we're tlaking the golden cripy goodness that I rush into the kitchen to steal. Is it just me or are they any other of you wierdos out there??

No, it's the best part of the chicken! I only eat it occassionally, but when it's cooked right, it's so good and savory. Plus, it usually has most of the seasonings on it so it's got the most flavor. It's the primary reason I sometimes roast chicken myself.

I'm so with you on that. My parents are really good about taking the skin off before they eat chicken or turkey but to me it's the best part. Kind of like the frosting on a cake.

I just love the skin on the chicken and turkey as well, even if it does have a lot of fat in it. I don't care if the chicken has a bbq flavor or not - I just want the chicken with the skin on it.

Oh, yes! Roasted chicken or turkey skin. More delicious is Peking Duck. That's where you actually eat the skin in crepes or little steam buns before the eating the meat.
Also, My doctor would probably wire my mouth shut if he knew that I take the chicken skin and fry it down to make my own cracklins. Delicious with seasoned salt and hot sauce.
Thinking about cracklins... Roasted pork with crispy skin - Cochon de lait, lechon , chinese roasted pork, roasted suckling pig. Yummy, too!

omg yeah me too! when i was young i ate the floppy boiled chicken skin but now i'm like you, i eat the crispy ones, i dont like anything of turkey though, only chicken.. lol yeah, it's cute n really yummy but i'm always getting warnings and i heard the statement "you're gonna get chelestrol and die" a million times but i cant help myself lol yeah.. cool =D

Sooooooooooo good!! I buy chicken breasts with bone and skin on, then cut out the bone to make broth and cook the skins crispy to snack on! Yum!

I do not like the skin on, like, rotisserie chicken like you said but I also like the cover of the fried chicken.
