I never liked cheese until I worked in a deli a couple years ago. I still do not eat it often, but I like Havarti since it is creamy and lite. Colby jack is good too. The only cheese I like on a hamburger or sandwich is melted swiss over some avocado, yum!

I LOVE Co-Jack and Cheddar cheese together, especially the little cheese cubes that you get at your local grocery store cheese aisle. My co-workers laugh at me because I could literally make myself sick from eating this cheese non stop,I love it that much, not kidding! I also love cheddar cheese melted on baked potatoes, french fries with chili,on broccoli, and to use a cheese dip for chips too,YUMMY!! ;-)

I found this hard Irish cheese made by Kerry Gold. It is sort of like an Asiago. I slice it up and eat with crackers. It has a really nice after taste.

I love the blocked medium cheese sliced just a bit better than thin on white bread toasted under the boiler. I also love to put half mild, half sharp to make my pimento cheese spread for sandwiches.
