ok i work in a restaurant and we sell corn on the cob... the corn is yellow but when we boil it some of the corn turns brown does anybody know why ,,,,,,,, and no they are not gone off its really bugging me and my boss ??

Why does the meat curl when I throw it on the grill or pan?

Ill throw a steak on the pan and after that side is done cooking, it kinda curls down so when I flip it over, the edges dont touch the pan. Is there a way to prevent this?

I am going vegetarian and I need some advice.?
