Doesn't have to be strictly mushroom just one in which mushrooms is a major ingredient. And I prefer fresh mushrooms, not canned.

so i read that u can clean ur cutting board using 3% hydrogen peroxide alternated with white distilled vinegar...so would u reccomnd this? i know other way to clean it, just wondering if this would also work since it is so different.

Everytime I drink red wine my lips, teeth and tounge get this red stain on it. It embarrising! I want to continue to drink red wine because I dont like white but i dont want to look like a freak either. I dont think this happens to everyone but I dont know. My BFF used to drink alot of red wine and I dont ever remember er having stains. How do I stop it?

we want to freeze our chickens that we pluck and freezer for our own consumption but dont really want to get a vaccum sealer because we eat chicken so fast it does not really pay to buy and expensive vac sealer. will the ziploc keep the freezer burn out? our butcher just put them into a bag and tied a rubber band around the outside and that worked well. some people say: 1-wrap in wax paper then put into ziploc bags, 2- double bag, 3- wrap in freezer paper then put into ziploc bags, 4- warp in freezer paper, 5- press and seal then put into ziploc bags. what one works the best? how can you cook meat with a little freezer burn?

Suger is also added into wine. I want to know how much surgar there is in red wine and white wine, in one glass. How many oz. of sugar are there in one galss. Glass let say 1 cup. = 8 fl oz. How much can we consume before the triglycerides levels are high ? lets say 5' 6" tall, 175 lbs in weight. But my question still is how much sugar in a 8 oz. glass of wine !!!?

Example: recipe I'm making tonight calls for 8 leaves fresh sage. I buy a box of fresh sage at the grocery story for $1.69. It must have 100 leaves. Is there a way to store/freeze/dry the rest so that I can use it later?
Other herbs of high interest: thyme, rosemary, mint
Any advice would be much appreciated!
