I suppose, but it is unpleasant for other people. I mean, how would you feel if you saw an apple core sitting on your lawn or in the park? Treat others the way you want to be treated. And remember that it's the whole concept of littering. If you litter your apple, then it might become a habit, so you might develop a habit of overall littering general trash besides apples... :D

Depends where you're eating it. If you're out in the countryside and can throw it into a ditch or hedgerow then you'd be adding to the food chain for other creatures, in the town it'll just sit and rot, grow mouldy and be unpleasant. But you are right in thinking that its totally biodegradeable, mind I never have a core left, always eat the lot!! (Apart from the woody stalk that is!)

no it is not going to grow a tree
it will rot
but a bunch of rotting fruit lying around is not very attractive
if you want to do the right thing start a compost bin and put your apples in it

If in a public place, use the trash containers.

If at your house, you are the king there.

Besides your analogy is like the one where the kid does not want to take a bath, cause he will get dirty later, so why stay clean.

It will either be eaten by an animal or just decompose.

it will turn to dirt. not bad. landfill would be bad. it would sit in landfill for a long long time and not decompose. best would be to have a compost in your yard.
