All three. For beer I would go for a cask bitter like Castle Eden. For wine, a decent red Bordeaux like Mouton Rothschild '62, or a really good German Kabinett quality Rhine or Moselle. For whisky, a good single malt, Glenfiddich or Glenmorangie for preference.

A Foudners Breakfast Stout in the mourning, followed up with a Bell's Oberon for a kick of citrus at lunch, then a Great Divide Yeti IPA for a pre meal snack, then a Unibrou La Fin Du Monde with my dinner and a New Glarus Belgium Red for desert.

I frefer whiskey...it is quick to get you where you are going, then beer because it is good when you want something carbonated but not sugary like a soda, and then wine for the occasions when there is no beer or whiskey about.

Whisky. Jim Beam Black. Mixed with a little sweet vermouth, dash of bitters and a cherry. Shaken and strained!
