I have a lot of pork tenderloin left over from last night. I can't think of anything to do with it besides pork fried rice (yuck!) or BBQ. Does anyone have an idea of something really yummy that I can make with it?? Thanks! :)

I do not need an exact calculation, but I need a good estimate for some guests with dietary limitations. Is there a site with an online calculator where I can enter the ingrediants (such as potatoes) and amounts to get an approximate nutritional information? Ideally with a general database so I don't have to enter everythign by hand since that would take forever.

If I use water and wine in my hookah pipe and smoke through the mixture, am I inhaling any alcohol? I have heard that it is a good mixture, but due to medical reasons I cannot have alcohol, so I am wondering if it is a safe practice or if alcohol actually does get introduced into the bloodstream through the smoke.

My other half loves dark chocolate, the darker the better. The highest cocoa percentage I can find is Cote d'Or 86% in Tesco's, but for some strange reason he wants more cocoa-for eating not cooking! Anyone know of any bars that are higher than this? Thanks

I recently decided to be a vegetarian. The problem is that I find it close to impossible to get a lunch at school without meat in it unless I bring it myself. I've already gotten sick of eating peanut butter and jelly everyday and need something new to eat. Any ideas on what I can bring with me to eat? Keep in mind that there isn't any way I could heat things up with and that I'm lactose intolerant. Small amounts of cheese is ok.

Since you aren't supposed to can pumpkin butter, how are you supposed to store it. Also, how long does it stay good for in the fridge or the freezer? I would love to make a batch but I don't know what to do with it after I'm done cooking it!

My seven-month-old son is ready to begin trying different meats, but we don't have a food processor to puree it with.
How do I prepare meat for his consumption without one?

(Note: I haven't found any jars of prepared baby food at the store that contain just meat; I've only found things like casserole, which he isn't ready for just yet.)

He's allergic to eggs and nuts, and we are a vegetarian family. He hates cheese, milk, formula, soymilk and beans, he even hates pudding and chocolate milk. The only proteins I get get him to eat are soy yogurt and romano cheese(not even parmisan). All he ever wants to eat is fresh fruit, raw veggies and rice. Any suggestions on how I can get him to drink milk or eat dairy? How do I know that he's getting enough protein and calcium?
