This is for an employee cafeteria in an office building. Would like to have the cafeteria seperated with Indy food on one side, Chicago food on the other and let people show support by buying from that team's side. As many suggestions as you can offer would be great.

I am trying to find the best red and white wines to cook with...I know there are the cooking wines that are sold in stores but I read those aren't best to cook with and that you want to cook with a wine that you normally would drink....I am not a true wine conniseur so I was hoping to get suggestions of good cooking white and red wines..(the more affordable the better)...

I recently had a conversation with a woman that told me that you can keep butter out indefinitely, until it is all finished, to keep it soft. I do a lot of cooking and had never heard this before. Has anyone else heard this? Is this true? The whole conversation started when I said I prefer the taste of butter, plus I like the fact that it's more natural than margarine, but I hate the way it spreads. Thanks for your help. Be blessed!

Does anyone know how to make mexican spaghetti? I'm sure it has a different name but I don't know what. The sauce is white and tastes kind of like it has parmesan cheese in it. A few times I've had it the sauce had a pinkish color like there were tomatoes in it or something. Please help!
