I've known some people who complete online complaints of Ben & Jerry's products just to get a freebie. Ethics aside, I find this to be very misleading. Does anybody know if B & J keep track of system abusers?

it's sad, but I dont put it past people to do that. The problem is it's probably as expensive as it is because they have to maximize profits, the whole saying "nothing is Free" is true, you pay for the freebie some one else got. I am sure they keep you on a mailing list so they can send you coupons and things, so I am sure if someone was already in their system they may question it, but I cant say if I am right or not.

Maybe I should :) JK I do love their Ice Cream though. It is a shame when people take advantage of the system. It ruins it for others.

Im sure they keep some kind of info on file so they can tell when people are just abusing it and BSing them. And no..its not ethical..if you were satisfied its the same as stealing.

I hope they do keep track and catch the abusers. Not only is it unethical, it's fraud.
