Good question, I don't know the answer, but if you are concerned about that, don't eat at that place.

Is this a real question?

1) Chicken is usually tender and moist, where as cat is stringy and dry
2) Check the health department rating of your resturant, if it is closed you might have been eating cat (j/k)
3) Don't eat in forgien countries where it is common to eat "pet" animals as it is illegal to serve this animals in the US
